Dance auditions will take place today, Saturday, August 08 and tomorrow, Sunday, August 09 at 12:00pm.
The first hour of the session covers basic level of choreographed movement that HSC uses, and the second, optional hour will cover more advanced levels of choreography and will be required attendance for candidates who wish to be considered for ensemble tracks (HSC-HTS or HSC-TIP).

The Member Retreat for the Fall 2026 season will take place on Saturday, August 22 from 12:00-5:00pm, directly following New Member Orientation (which takes place from 11:30am-12:00pm). Let’s get to know new members and have fun all together! More details to come!

Hello all!
Ahh, it’s audition day! I’m looking forward to seeing you all this weekend. For those of you who are unable to make the dance auditions, I’ll be sending out the virtual materials hopefully by tomorrow morning. For those of us in attendance, please welcome our potential newbies! We have heard some GREAT singing this week, and we’re excited about potentially adding some new people to the choir fam. A special shoutout to everyone who recruited a friend, and a BIG shoutout to our Director of Marketing, Abi! A lot of our newcomers said they found us through Facebook and Instagram. It’s like social media was personally urging them to try something new!
We even recruited a 15-year-old who is very sad that she can’t sing with us yet, but she has agreed to wait three years. I love the commitment!
With that being said, it’s time to apply for mentorship! Please fill out this Google Form. Yes, the questions are mostly the same, but I really do enjoy reading the reflection portion and getting to know what you all are thinking.

This equates to 6 total absences during this season.
If you already know of any pre-planned absences after reviewing the calendar, please notify your Section Leader ASAP so that they can take note of the future absence.
When you are going to be absent, you need to notify your Section Leader and Artistic Director.
Also note that you are marked Tardy if you join rehearsal after 6:45PM, regardless of the reason.
After your 3rd Absence you may be asked to test your knowledge of the music and/or choreography.
