Dream BIG with the Executive Directors!
Dear Choirmates,
We have made it to SHOW DAY!
At last, following many, many weeks of regular and extra rehearsals, practicing on our own, and an intense dress-tech week, we are ready for “curtain up, light the lights, there’s nothin’ to hit but the heights..!”
Last night, we honored ourselves with End-of-Season Awards and Shout-Outs, acknowledgements of our organization’s leadership, presentations of member jackets, and the sweetest rendition of our anthem before diving into our final dress rehearsal of the season today before the show.
Today at 6:30pm we will clear the house so our friends, family, and other fans can enter in great anticipation of our show. Thirty minutes later, we’ll take deepest breaths, put on our happiest faces, and enter the stage to deliver our rousing musical message From Texas, With Love.

Afterward, we disperse for several weeks. There will be vacations, home-improvement projects, reunions, and some board work, and missing each other until we resume with auditions.
And then it all begins again, just as it has for 94 years—preparing to share the joy of music with our city and beyond. This is what we do. This is why we sing. We love it and each other. And this is why we
