Tickets to our cabaret “Heroes & Villains” on October 30 and our end-of-season shows “Movies & Mistletoe” on December 12 are now on sale! Additionally, we have a limited annual pass offer that includes entry to the cabaret, the fall EOS show, the spring donor reception, and the spring EOS show! HSC Community Partnerships
We’re kicking off our first community partnership of the season with Oak Forest Foster Closet! 💜
As I shared at rehearsal Monday, we’re collecting ethnic hair care products to help make sure the children and young adults served by OFFC have access to products made for their hair. That includes bonnets, durags, satin pillowcases, detangling brushes, combs, hair products, and more.
You can shop directly from our Amazon Wishlist using the QR code on the flyer or by following this link, or bring donations to rehearsal beginning Monday! I’m still adding items to the wishlist, so you may see new products pop up as we go.
This is something small we can do that can make a very real difference for kids in foster care, and I’d love for HSC to show up for them. ❤️
If you’d like to learn more about Oak Forest Foster Closet or volunteer with them, visit OakForestFosterCloset.org. They offer volunteer opportunities, including helping at the closet, and it’s another great way to support the work they’re doing for foster families in our community.

Be on time to rehearsals and coming back from rehearsal breaks

You must attend 70% of rehearsals before you risk being asked to step down from the show.
This equates to 6 total absences during this season.
If you already know of any pre-planned absences after reviewing the calendar, please notify your Section Leader ASAP so that they can take note of the future absence.
When you are going to be absent, you need to notify your Section Leader and Artistic Director.
Also note that you are marked Tardy if you join rehearsal after 6:45PM, regardless of the reason.
After your 3rd Absence you may be asked to test your knowledge of the music and/or choreography.
