Dues are Due

Congratulations on being a member of the Houston Show Choir for the Fall 2025 season! We look forward to performing with you!

One of our responsibilities as members of HSC are payment of dues of $75 per season. These dues go towards the payment for rehearsal space, artistic staff compensation, music, etc., everything to make this choir a possibility. Dues must be paid before the 3rd week of rehearsals. For those who would like to partner with their friends and families for support, we have the Poppin' Popcorn Fundraiser (PPF) to help with those dues. If you don't want to participate in the PPF, you can simply pay the invoice emailed to your email address. If you need more time to pay your dues, just let me know at Treasurer@HoustonShowChoir.org so that we can establish a payment plan. Your participation in the HSC is what is important to me, and I am happy to discuss further with you.

Here's looking forward to a wonderful season!
David

For those who don't want to wait to receive the invoice, you can pay your $75 Member Dues via Zelle using the QR code to the right.

Dream BIG with the Executive Directors!

Hey there, Choirmates!

By the time you’re reading this, chances are our new members are being oriented, followed by all members who registered enjoying a few hours of this season’s Member Retreat.  We will be getting to know each other, singing, dancing, lunching, learning, bonding, and playing fun games. If you’re unable to be with us, we’ll miss you. If you’re on your way, let’s have a fabulous time!

In only two more days, on August 18 we have our first rehearsal of the Fall 2025 season! This is also the day we have our season-opening check-in process. Let’s make Day 1 easy! You can reduce the time it takes you and your choirmates to go through the Day 1 check-in stations by filling out forms today, tomorrow, or any time before you arrive on Monday. There are 5 check-in stations:

  • Station 1: Check in with us and confirm that you have signed the Membership Agreement and Health Acknowledgement. To save time, you can sign that form now by following this link.

  • Station 2: Pick up your Name Tag.

  • Station 3: Speak with our Treasurer about Member Dues. If you’re ready to pay your dues before Monday’s rehearsal, you can do that by following the QR code in the “Dues are Due” section above.

  • Station 4: Visit the Fundraising station, and let our Director of Fundraising know whether or not you are interested in participating in an individual fundraiser to contribute towards dues payment or other specified expenses. You can read more and sign up for the fundraiser here if you know you want to participate.

  • Station 5: Pick up your music or confirm that you have already received it from our Music Librarians.

After making your way through the check-in process, you can join your section and be ready to go before rehearsal starts. We’ll be set up and ready to go by 5:45 PM. Please arrive early if you can so that we can start rehearsing at 6:30.
