Important Dates
Note: This section does NOT include rehearsal details; those are located in the Rehearsal Details section below.

RMCC has asked for a small group of our members to perform at their event on Sunday, December 7, from 6:30–9:00 PM. They would like 2–3 songs, and we will perform two short sets. This can be done with a group of 8–10 singers. Please indicate your availability in the poll posted to our member facebook group by Wednesday, December 3.
RMCC gives us a fantastic rate on our rehearsal space. If we ever had to leave, we’d be looking at significantly higher rental costs. They’re also offering us a discount specifically because we send performers. Maintaining this relationship is incredibly important for our future. Even a small group showing up goes a long way.
-
Music must be returned by end-of-rehearsal on Wednesday, December 10, according to the instructions below.
Remove any sticky notes, pencils, or other materials.
Put your music in the order listed on the music list.
Put your music list at the front, then return your music to the appropriate bin (HTS, Tip, or HSC Only). Check off your name.

CLEAN UP
After the evening performance, we’ll need all hands on deck to reset the church. The more people we have helping, the sooner we can head to the social.
Let’s give our audience our very best and have a blast while doing so!
COSTUME GUIDELINES (ICYMI)
Please double-check that your costume fits our color scheme and offers plenty of coverage. Remember, it’s still a family show — thanks for keeping it classy!
Final Thoughts
You have worked incredibly hard this season, and you deserve to shine. By preparing thoughtfully and keeping these guidelines in mind, you’re ensuring the success of the show for the entire group. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Mark, Van, or Jennifer.
Thank you for your dedication, and let’s make this an amazing show!

Dream BIG with the Executive Directors!
Hello, Choirmates!
Wow! Now that we are on the threshold of tech week with just THREE more rehearsals, it feels as if the time has flown faster than Santa Claus on Christmas Eve! And indeed it has; the fall season is appreciably shorter than spring, and with some major holidays packed into these past few months, our time together condenses.
As you polish and refine your repertoire, please remember also to ask folks to come see you perform. They will be thrilled, and so will you! Just use the downloadable, printable, sharable Home for the Holidays digital flyer (below) to promote the show! Ticket sales are picking up and we would love to have two packed houses one week from today.
Speaking of tickets, please know for yourself and tell your fans that there are no physical nor electronic tickets. As each person has purchased, we have noted the number of tickets and time preference in our system. Upon arrival, they will check in with our Front of House Manager, Brittany Edwards, who will verify their attendance. They can then find their seats in the Sanctuary up to 30 minutes before showtime.
And now, here are some other very important reminders for your action and/or calendar:
December 8, 10, and 12: MANDATORY Tech Week Rehearsals! In addition to this newsletter, please keep up with the cast Facebook page for interim announcements that might be made during the week.
December 13: SHOW DAY! Two performances, 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM @ Resurrection! See the Artistic Director’s article above for call times, meal time, and other relevant information about this important day!
The day after the show, on Sunday, December 14, we will host our EOS Cast Party! The venue is The Gathering Place at Resurrection, complete with light refreshments and karaoke by Joel—and the theme is Hard Candy Christmas! Wear PINK to match the décor, cuisine, and attitude, and maybe even channel Dolly Parton in some way—oh, and your invitation includes your Special Someone. Complete the RSVP form HERE so we can have an accurate count!
