2:00-3:00pm: HSC featured and hoedown dancers “Texas Hold ‘Em” choreography
3:00-4:00pm: HSC full choir “Texas Hold ‘Em” choreography breakdown

Board of Directors Meeting & Elections
Hello HSC!
I want to give a shoutout and large 'THANK YOU' to all of our current board members who have been working very hard, both in front of and behind the scenes, to make this organization the best place for all of us to share in the joy of music. They handle, among other things, marketing efforts, fundraising opportunities, myriad communications, spirit nights and other development events, performance opportunities, stewarding our budget, managing our documents and records, and not to mention being helpful resources for our members and larger community.
If you have any interest in seeing these fabulous people at work, I'd like to invite you to come to a board meeting. We usually hold meetings at RMCC in the Activities Building on the second Thursday of every month. However, our next meeting will be a little different. It will be held on Friday, April 10th at 6:00 pm at Urbe (1101 Uptown Park Blvd Suite 12, Houston, TX 77056). All meetings are open to membership; however, because space is limited this time, we’d ask that you please RSVP by April 5, 2026, and you will be notified if there is room to accommodate you by April 6, 2026. RSVPs can be completed by following this link.
We have board elections at the end of every Spring season, though please don't let that discourage you from finding a way to help if you have the time, ability, and desire. We can always use an extra set of hands in making HSC the best place to spend your precious time, make music and friendships, and build community. Please reach out to any board member if you are interested in helping in any way.
Thank you for your time and your talents and for bringing them to our musical family.

Artistic Director’s Digest
Hello all,
I heard you had a fantastic and productive rehearsal this past Wednesday. Great work, and a big thank you to everyone who stepped up to help lead choreography!
Schedule Update:
Our rehearsal this Monday, March 30 is scheduled as normal, with both HSC and HTS/TIP called to participate.
For next week, this is a reminder that there will be no rehearsal on Monday, April 06. Instead, we will meet on Wednesday, April 08 for HTS/TIP rehearsal only. HSC-only members: Enjoy a night off on April 08! We’ll wrap up the evening with a sing-only show-and-tell, giving everyone a chance to see what the other groups have been working on. It’s a great opportunity to celebrate progress and build excitement across the ensemble!
Enjoy your weekend, and I look forward to seeing you all very soon!
Thank you for the music,
Jennifer
Dream BIG with the Executive Directors!
Howdy, Choirmates!
Hope you like YELLOW, because that's the predominant color du jour, bringing with it plenty of sneezes and sniffles--but oh, so beautiful the resulting blossoms and bright greens signaling the presence of spring!
We had two very productive rehearsals last week and this is already shaping into a wonderful show that we can all be excited about and proud of!
So let's get out there and tell the world about it! We are still just 9 tickets away from our Monday night goal of 100 sold. Can we do it? Of course we can!

From Texas, With Love Tickets now on sale!
Abi, our Director of Marketing, has prepared this lovely official flyer to share on your social media. We encourage you to post at least once a month leading up to the show. So there isn’t an influx of posting, Abi recommends posting on the following days:
Baritones post on Monday/Tuesday
Altos post on Wednesday/Thursday
Sopranos post on Friday/Saturday
When you post be sure to include the LINK to buy tickets—the less work someone has to do when there is a call to action, the more likely they are to complete the action. Please reach out to Abi if you have any questions!
Pro-tip from Abi: Word of mouth and direct invites go a loooooong way. Text this to your friends and family with a heartfelt invite with a link.
