From Texas, With Love Tickets now on sale!
Hey all! Tickets have been on sale to the public for one week!
Here is the official flyer to share on your social media. So there isn’t an influx of posting, I have a strategic game plan to ensure that we are reaching a wider audience with everyone’s circle of people.
Baritones post on Monday/Tuesday
Altos post on Wednesday/Thursday
Soprano post on Friday/Saturday
When you post be sure to include the LINK to buy tickets- the less work someone has to do when there is a call to action, more likely they are to complete the action.
For instagram posts you cannot include a link. I recommend either posting it on your story with a “link” sticker and/or including the link in your bio. For Facebook, just include the link in your post. If you have any questions, let me know!
I recommend posting at least once a month leading up to the show and I will send reminders.
Pro-tip: word of mouth and direct invites go a loooooong way. Text this to your friends and family with a heartfelt invite with a link.

Artistic Director’s Digest
Hello all,
Thank you so much for a productive rehearsal this past Monday! Your hard work really showed, and we made significant progress in just one session. Let’s keep that momentum going.
I’m excited to share that Alana and I have now reviewed all video submissions and completed the Call Back process for any pieces that required it. The quality of submissions was excellent, which makes us so happy because it’s exactly the kind of growth and dedication we love to see in the choir. While several decisions were difficult, we feel confident that the choices we’ve made are the best fit for this season. Thank you to everyone who put themselves out there and auditioned!
Emails with audition results were sent this morning. If you haven’t received yours, please reach out to me.
I’m looking forward to seeing you all at Monday’s rehearsal and spending time with you at our Choir Social next week. Thank you for the music.
Jennifer
Dream BIG with the Executive Directors!
Hello again, Choirmates!
As you enjoy this gorgeous spring weather, maybe even stopping somewhere along the way for that obligatory photograph in a field of bluebonnets, let it remind you of the beautiful graphic image Director of Marketing Abi created for From Texas, With Love.
With ticket sales now open to the general public, we need to share that love with everyone we know. We are using all our media channels to promote the show; however, there is nothing more effective than a personal invitation from you as a performer in this show!
Remember that you are a star! We all are! We are working diligently to learn our repertoire, reserving ample time to refine it as the show draws near. Isn’t this exciting?! To do something we love so we can show it to people we love and who love us! Here’s a quick reminder list from last week suggesting what you can do:
“Like” and share every social media post about Houston Show Choir on your own profile.
Personally invite your family and friends to come see you in the show.
Show off your HSC swag whenever and wherever possible. It’s a conversation starter!
Practice on your own, and envision that full house at Hobby Center cheering for us on June 13.
Make it easy for your fans to buy tickets by sharing the Hobby Center ticketing page with them.
Thank you for your beautiful part in this choir, for making this show a rousing success, and for furthering our vision of...
Sharing the joy,
Mark & Van

When you are going to be absent, you need to notify your Section Leader and Artistic Director.
Also note that you are marked Tardy if you join rehearsal after 6:45PM, regardless of the reason.
After your 3rd Absence you may be asked to test your knowledge of the music and/or choreography.
