Our first holiday gig is tentatively set to occur at Belmont Village Senior Living (2929 W Holcombe Blvd, Houston, TX 77025) on Sunday, November 22, with a probable call time of 3:00pm and performance time of 4pm.
Additional details and a link to the gig sign-up form are anticipated for the next newsletter. Please check this date and time with your schedule, and consider signing up! Belmont Village is a regular gig of ours, and it is always a lovely time for the residents and for us!

Our second holiday gig is tentatively set to be Holiday in the Plaza at CityCentre (800 Town and Country Blvd, Houston, TX 77024) on Saturday, November 29 with a probable call time of 11:00am. The CityCentre performance is organized into three 30-minute sets: 12:00-12:30pm, 2:30-3:00pm, and 4:00-4:30pm. If you cannot participate in all three sets, not to worry! You will have the option to sign up for specific set times.
Additional details and a link to the gig sign-up form are anticipated for the next newsletter. We have performed as part of Holiday in the Plaza for several years now, and it’s a wonderful time in a great location! Please check this date and these times with your schedule, and consider signing up!

Mark your calendars: Monday, November 30 is our COSTUME PARADE!
We will also run all group numbers from both Act 1 and Act 2 on November 30, so please plan for a three-hour rehearsal.

We have a confirmed gig at Royal Oaks Country Club (2910 Royal Oaks Club Dr, Houston, TX 77082) on Tuesday, December 01, with a call time of 5:00pm and performance time of 6:00-7:00pm.

Choreo videos for "Best of My Love" have now been added to the Song Matrix and choreo playlists. You can also access them by following these direct links to the mirrored choreo videos for the demo, soprano 1, soprano 2, and alto. There is also a choreo breakdown video for the chorus.
The “Carol of the Bells” Soprano PPD has been added to the HSC Soprano PPDs folder, and the link has been added to the Song Matrix.

Artistic Director’s Digest
Hello all,
A HUGE SHOUTOUT to everyone who performed in the Cabaret! I had so much fun, and so did the audience!
During the HSC portion of rehearsal, we’ll be running everything. We still have a couple more songs to put choreo to, and since we only have one amazing Sasha, I’m asking those of you who are only in TIP A1 to be patient with us and take a 20-minute break during rehearsal. Feel free to use that time to work on whatever you feel is most helpful.
Cloud won’t be at rehearsal on Monday, so we’ll be using backing tracks. Come prepared to sing at tempo!

NO Texting
Please no Texting or Answering your Phone during rehearsals.
Step out if there is a need to use your phone.
Timeliness
Be on time to rehearsals and coming back from rehearsal breaks

You must attend 70% of rehearsals before you risk being asked to step down from the show.
This equates to 6 total absences during this season.
If you already know of any pre-planned absences after reviewing the calendar, please notify your Section Leader ASAP so that they can take note of the future absence.
When you are going to be absent, you need to notify your Section Leader and Artistic Director.
Also note that you are marked Tardy if you join rehearsal after 6:45PM, regardless of the reason.
After your 3rd Absence you may be asked to test your knowledge of the music and/or choreography.
